Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Notebook - 17-by1033dx with a Intel UHD 620 video driver running windows 11 and all the software and drivers have been updated. I have upgraded my RAM from 8 to 16mbytes and it has a 1 terabyte hard drive. The issue is that the video is running slow or not at all sometimes. Is there a way to speed up the video or upgrade the system to do so. Any help that you can give would be great. Thanks
