Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HI,

We have recently purchased a HP ZBook Power 16 inch G11 laptop and when using Microsoft Teams (or Zoom) the video keeps on freezing. We have set Teams to use the onboard NVIDIA video but this has not helped. All the latest HP updates have been applied to the device along with any Windows 11 updates.

Any ideas? Thanks.
