Product: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4K6AV)

I plugged in my external monitor HP E27 m G4 via USB-C cable and the system recognises audio, keyboard _(plugged in the monitor USB-A in), but I get no picture and it is not charging as well.

which clearly says it has "(1) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported)"
