Product: Pavilion 15 bc 406tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have updated all the drivers still it can't even play a 720p video it has got nivida gtx 1050 4gb graphics card .

Please try the following free software, it will play nearly all video format. Yes, it can play 4K videos on my HP Omen but can't play smoothly on my Dell Latitude e7270 due to the Dell is much less power than the Omen.
