Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have taken video recently with my iphone and uploaded it to google drive. Everything plays normally on my phone and google drive. Then I download it to my HP Envy. The audio no longer matches up with the video, it did not download correctly. I tried downloading the same file again on my phone, ipad and another computer and it is fine, so it must be an error with my laptop, when it downloads. I also emailed the file from my phone to my email and tried downloading it that way and the same thing happened. Not sure what to do, and I do not know of another way to get the video from my phone to my laptop.

Which software player do you use. Please try VLC software
