Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hello the problem I have recently is that sometimes the computer freezes while watching videos on YouTube and other applications. It is making buzzing sound for 5-10 seconds not responding to any command, and then the video resumes. If you have any suggestion to fix, I would be glad to hear from you. Thanks.

The buzzing sound means the processor is getting overloaded.  Streaming is one of the most demanding things you can do on a laptop.  My 4-core laptop hits nearly 100% on all the cores and gets very hot whenever I do any streaming.

 

If there is a way to reduce the resolution of the video, that might help.  I find that streaming videos of 720P or less seems to work better.
