HP Spectre x360 13.3 inch 2018
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings, I hope everyone is doing well.

My HP Spectre has been giving me some visual static.  Depending on what's on the screen  it can be either mildly annoying or make the screen completely useless. I have tried refreshing the OS while maintaining my personal files, as well as changing a bunch of settings with no success at all. Sometimes the static will randomly stop for a few minutes then start back up. One thing that may be related is that I recently partitioned my harddrive with Ubuntu and deleted the partition due to booting problems. The static doesnt show up on screenshots, so I fear it may be a hardware issue.

Here is a video I took of the screen  https://youtu.be/0cBMN-E3K8U

Thank you for the time you spent reading this, any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Please run an Extensive System Test and let me know if you face the same static issues during the Diagnostic

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Keep me posted
