Product: HP 15 -D002TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In built camera of my laptop is not working.I've tried everything but no results found.

Driver is up to date.

After opening camera it shows only black screen ,and i tried uninstalling camera and reinstall and update but still the problem exists.

If any solution plz share

Didn't solved the issue of webcam.I did not find any such settings which is being mentioned in that post.

 

Kindly share proper solution for my model HP 15-D002TX as once i open integrated webcam black screen appears.
