Hello
During this covid19 pendimic we are stuck at home and are now bound to do meetings online.
As I wanted to go online I found my webcam is not working. The small light near the camera lights up but cannot capture the image nor my video comes in the screen. I tried Zoom and Microsoft team. I cannot understand what went wrong. I went to Device manager -- > Imaging Devices --> and found HP Truevision HD . I have updated it also. I have attached 3 files for your easy understanding.
Please fix the problem as I am unable to use the meeting platforms.
Thanks
