HP-Compaq PAVILION 15-CC053TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I was looking forward in upgrading my Notebook's display panel as this display is not high resolution and I do a lot of media consumption and photo editing, I'm looking forward to upgrading to a IPS FHD screen.

I found a company selling the right product but I need expert recommendation as I do not know much about upgrades.

https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/HP-Compaq/PAVILION%2015-CC053TX/

Please let me know if the upgrade is possible and if I should do it. If not what else should I be looking forward to?

Thanks.

The spec of your machine is

         https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05573901

Which shows it has FHD screen (1920 x 1080) part # 798933-012.  It does note make any sense when you trying to upgrade a FHD to another FHD screen and expect get higher resolution.

From your link, there are 2 products and the link does NOT show HP part #. May be you pay money and an screen you already have. If you have spare money to burn then that is your choice.

Regards.
