Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0012dx

My husband purchased me this  HP Envy x 360 laptop for Christmas in 2018.  It has always sat on our dining room table and has never left our house.  The bottom of the laptop is warped.  Has anyone had this problem?  I know it is out of warranty but this should not be happening especially since it has always been in a a/c-controlled environment and taken excellent car of.  Any suggestion ??
