My screen went black two months ago. The only way I can use the laptop is if I connect it to the TV through an HDMI cable. I called two months ago and was told I was being sent a box so I could get the screen replaced for free, as I was still within my warranty time frame. I never received the box, and now my warranty has expired. Can I show proof that I reached out before my warranty expired? Class starts in two weeks and I still have a broken laptop.
