Wavy lines / Impossibility to draw

Hello,

At the beginning of the summer 2022 I bought an HP spectre convertible for working, I'm an illustrator and I usually use Photoshop for drawing and do digital painting. I bought this laptop because HP explains in his advertisement that this laptop is perfect for drawing and do details. I also bought the HP tilt pen for having more accuracy. When I tested to draw at the begining I immediatly noticed that the lines I drew was wavy and trembling, I thought it was a driver or conflict problem and tested to solve it by myself, I could not imagine that the advertising of HP was fake.
When I realized at the end of the summer I couldn't solve the problem I contacted HP support. At the begining they make me tests so much useless manipulations and lose so much time for finally say me that the laptop doesn't have any problem, it was built like this.... so they refuse to refund me.

This situation is just unfair and illegal: HP sell a laptop which is supposed to be for artist and digital painter and it's impossible to draw a straight line

with it...

 

(I usually draw on a XP pen screen tablet and I never had this kind of problem)

I discovered that this problem is known by HP since lot of time because people complain about that since 2018 on HP forums ... So... they kept selling "artist" HP spectre laptop since this time while they are aware that this laptop no permit people to draw correctly with it....

I'm a freelance with no money, it's the first time I buy a laptop (I usually work on my old computer) and I saved money during 2 years to pay this laptop I can't work with. I'm deseperate and I don"t know what to do, so please help me to find a solution.
