Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The camera app is not working. I need the drivers for this app. It's not showing on 'Device Manager'. I checked all the options.  I try to download through hp support web site but doesn't able to do it. Please send me the link to download the drivers for camera.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
Sometimes, a webcam that was working in one of the preinstalled programs suddenly stops working after installing Windows updates or after installing a recommended update to YouCam or MediaSmart. To resolve this issue, reinstall the original HP Webcam-101 or Microsoft USB Video Device driver.

  1. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

  2. Double-click Imaging Devices to expand the list of webcam drivers.

  3. If the HP Webcam-101 or Microsoft USB Video Device is listed, right-click the driver and select Update Driver Software and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Restart your computer, and open your webcam software to see if the problem is resolved.

If the webcam is not listed, use HP PCs - Using Microsoft System Restore to go back to a time when the webcam was working properly.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

When I checked, the web camera is not listed. So, I choose the option 4. Since I didn't set up for the 'Create restore point' before, I can't restore my previous OS to download when the web camera was working.

I download and install the Windows OS again (MediaCreationTool21H2), but still the camera drivers didn't install at that time.

I couldn't find any drivers for Web camera in your 'Software and Drivers' option. Do you have any link to download the drivers for the camera to fix this issue?

Or any other solution to resolve the issue.
