Unfortunately when HP Techs replaced Webcam Cables the WebCam still not in Device Manager and lost WIFI as well. 

HP then classed Laptop as DOA and I am getting replacement.

Let's hope replacement is perfect.

Great getting replacement but I have to build it again.

So in a nutshell they couldn't repair WebCam.

I've just noticed that going from the Start menu | HP Support Assist | Software and Drivers that there's a new HP Webcam patch released for integrated Webcams.  Maybe that will fix your problem.  Let me know how that goes.  

There's also another thread I found  in this community under "Webcam not Working" with a link to a zipped up Realtek driver file stored at mega.nz which might do the trick .

Thanks for responding, I have checked the HP Support Assist/Software and Drivers, it is saying I am up-to-date (I will keep checking throughout the day).
