Hi,

i have no webcam drivers for my HP Pavilion 15-p000nia NOTEBOOK PC (ENERGY STAR), i tried the forums and i was advised to download Cybrlink Youcam webcam Driver, still didnt work because of resolution issues. i disabled the DPI application start-up setting from properties under compatibility. i was able to start the application but now there isn't any image displayed on the camera. I do not know what else to do

@Abjedax Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to find the webcam drivers.

Installing multiple webcam drivers and programs might cause conflicts. If you are using more than one software program to use your webcam, such as Skype for instant messaging and YouCam for saving videos, then make sure that only one program is open when using the webcam. Do not attempt to open both programs at the same time, and close your webcam software when you are done. It is a good idea to wait 5 to 10 seconds after closing webcam software before opening another webcam software program.

Restarting the computer can resolve most software conflicts. If problems persist, uninstall one of the webcam software applications, and reinstall the software you want to use.
