My webcam doesn't work on this computer with Windows 11 Enterprise version 22H2, but it works fine on my desktop with Windows 11 Pro , version 23H2. Should I contact Microsoft instead for a solution?
It is not detected in Windows device manager.

According to Logi, there are no drivers required for that camera and it works with USB-A. I believe that means it is USB type 2 and not USB-3. However, it should have shown up the device manager.
Did you try other ports? Is it plugged into a hub or directly into the computer?
Look in the "Universal Serialo Bus devices" of the device manager for any reference to camera.
You may need to enabled "Show Hidden Devices"
Are there any error icons displayed in the Device Manager?
Have you ever seen any message like the following?
Enterprise may be using a "block list" that includes the USB driver Logi needs.
Try the control panel trouble shooter for cameras?
Download this logi software
https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024689294-Download-C925e
it may refuse to install with the message "camera not found" which indicated the USB driver is not loaded or has a problem.

I am glad that worked. I was worried that the drivers were not "blessed" by microsoft. I have a Casio Title Printer that basically prints names on a CD/DVD and I cannot use it when Windows core protection is enabled. I have to disable memory integrity or the driver will not load.

Hello, I have been having the same problem with my c925e after updating to Windows 11. I've tried installing the LogiTune software, factory resetting the webcam, updating drivers through the control panel, and resetting my computer many times. I have seen that this particular webcam may not work with my Windows 11 type. If you could help me out with this situation it would be greatly appreciated.
