HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC on Windows 10 Home.  The webcam and camera don't work.  The camera is SPCA 2083 and isn't working.  I have reinstalled CyberLink YouCam and restored system several times.  At one point I managed to get the webcam working but as I was still unable to use the camera to take pictures I attempted to reinstall YouCam and lost functionality.  I think the device camera was called something else when working - HP HD camera I think - but this must have changed on one of the restores.  I've tried to uninstall the SPCA 2082 camera and replace it with HP HD camera but can't find a link for it anywhere.  I've tried to update the camera driver but apparently it's the most up to date version.  Please help.

@Green1000,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

As you have mentioned that you have already tried doing a system restore a couple of times, I recommend you perform a reset on the computer following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
