Product: HP Laptop 14-df0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New computer webcam not working. 
Error Message says "We can't find your camera"  error code 0xA00F4244

Please let me know what driver to download as it is not on the computer.

Went to HP downloads for the product, did not see a webcam driver although I may be missing something obvious.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
