Webcam is not working and showing some error, also the webcam area is too hot even without any use

Windows Camera App error code 0xA00F4243 - camera is not working and I have come to know about this after i got to know that the area around the webcam gets too hot even hard to touch sometimes cause burning sensation whenever i switch on the laptop and once i shutdown it, the temperature gets down slowly.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
