Our organisation purchased a large number of HP ProBook laptops, and unfortunately we have experienced persistent issues with the webcams when using Microsoft Teams on all these HP laptops.

Despite applying latest drivers and BIOS updates, these problems continue to affect all our HP laptops.  I appreciate that the root cause may potentially be related to just Microsoft Teams (e.g. a compatibility issue introduced by Microsoft, affecting only HP webcams) but this issue has been a significant operational and financial problem for us.

As a result, our only practical solution has been to switch to Dell Pro laptops, which is extremely disappointing given our investment in HP hardware.
