Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1085nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried to get my built in webcam to be recognized. it will get hot if touch the top of the laptop but device manger will not recognize it. i did a fresh install of windows and that did not help also search hp.com driver for anything. several suggested to install youcam version 6 or 10 and it would have the drivers on it. that did not work. i purchased a usb one and it will work fine. but i just cant get my computer to see there is a built in. i think something happened in windows services or registry but im not that savy to know. please help. TIA.
