Product: HP ZBook Fury 16 G9 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

Hello

My webcam on my new laptop isn't working properly. I can see it physically works using the Windows Camera app, which shows the expected images. It doesn't appear to work with any other app (including the preview in the Camera settings section). Zoom and my web browser do not show up under the list of apps that can be granted permission to access it.

 

I have tried:

1. Resetting machine.

2. Reinstalling software (Zoom)

3. Switching to default USB web camera drivers.

4. Updating drivers.

5. Checking app permissions for the Camera (apps don't show up on the list).

 

Any help gratefully appreciated,
