I've purchased a Chromebook 6 months ago and the webcam has never worked. I have finally manged to look at the problem but i'm stuck.
I have tried everything apart from going back to restoring factory settings, can someone please help?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing Web Camera issues with your HP Chromebook.
Please follow the steps listed below:
- Turn off your Chromebook, then turn it back on.
- Try to use the camera in another app, like Google Meet. If it works in that app, uninstall the app where it doesn't work, then reinstall the app.
- Reset your Chromebook.
- Recover your Chromebook.
