Hi , 

I have purchased the laptop model 14-ce3510sa on 29th Nov. I have just noticed that the webcam video at night within the house(when the lights are ON) gets grainy. However in natural daylight . the video appears clear.

 

Same situation is while using Zoom for meeting.

 

Please can someone help.

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

 

Update the BIOS 

 

Windows needs to Updated from Update And Security.
