i have HP Envy 15 , Core I7 , 7th Gen. Last several months the webcam is not working. I have tried all possible solutions offered on the net. Is it possible it is a hardware problem ? How to know that ? The device manager detects the camera and it mentions that the "This device is working properly." but the camera does not work. The camera LED light does not start.
any suggestions please ? Regards
