HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0013dx

I've started noticing that If I use youtube in Google chrome in tent mode (with the screen upside down), and watching a Youtube video, there is a flickering (or solid) black bar at the top 2 inches or so of the screen (the part closest to the hinges when in tent mode). I'm fairly certain this is a graphics issue. If I disable the Intel UHD graphics driver, the screen is upside down (the generic driver apparently can't handle flipping the screen for tent mode), but the black lines go away. Also, If i disable and then re-enable the Intel UHD graphics driver, the problem seems to go away for a while. This indicates to me that this is not a hardware problem but a driver problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've tried installing the Intel Driver and support assistant but am still having this issue.
