On any given HP Product Support Page, there is usually a Bulletins and Alerts heading.  Sometimes the heading has a red dot next to it and sometimes the heading does not.  What do these red dots indicate?  Further, clicking a Bulletins and Alerts heading usually presents a page listing individual bulletins and alerts each with an assigned severity.  Like the Bulletins and Alerts headings, these levels of severity frequently but not always have red dots next to them.  Again, what do these red dots indicate?  Thanks.
