Microsoft Windows 11

Product name Hp g6, cori5 8th gen 16 gb ram and 256ssd window11 installed and activated.

My mouse i mean only the tiuchpad is not properly working whenever i put the charger plug to be charged. When i remove the charger pin it starts working again why this happens.  Is this is hardware problem or software issue. Please
