Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My screen is cracked, so the device thinks I am touching the touch screen where it is cracked, I have therefore had to disable touch screen functionality I will need this functionality for university as of 25/09/2023. How and where can I get the glass replaced, and how much will it cost.
