Where to Send Computer For Repairs

My screen is cracked and all I need is to figure out where to send it. The dumb "virtual assistant" has gone in circles with me telling me my laptop isn't under warranty, which I realize...I would just like to figure out if it can be repaired. I can't find any address or phone number to contact. Does anyone have any advice for how I get my laptop serviced?
