Hello there,

I have a problem with flickering monitor and the most likely need display cable for it, but I don't know which one should I buy.

There are few, according to HP manual PDF, but I'm not sure which one I need.

Options are FHD, HD, infrared and non-ifrared webcams.

Considering to buy item with part number 926836-001.

Is this the one I need?

After reading your post, I did go through the Maintenance and Service Guide of your product and found that you have 15.6-in, full high-deƭnition (FHD), white light-emitting (WLED), BrightView (1920×1080), slim-flat (3.2- mm), UWVA, eDP, 220 nits, 16:9 ultra-wide aspect ratio, TouchScreen display assembly installed on the PC. Here is the part number: 928938-001 FHD TouchScreen display assembly and an FHD infrared webcam. See the below configuration: Refer to Display assembly components 29

  • Note: Part numbers are universal therefore you can purchase these parts from online store.

Thank you for your time and effort you put in the answer.

You mentioned part number 928938-001, but according to its supported devices, none of it is a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc0xx.

Most of the  models are starting with 15-cc5 . Besides my monitor is not touch screen.

I could send you my models serial number if it helps.

I'm still not quite sure , the part number you mentioned above is the right one for my laptop,

If you go through link http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=928938-001 you will be able to figure out CABLE, LCD FHD TOP FHDC IR.
(Refer to Display assembly components 29)
