Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0053dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
The trackpad mouse is erratic. It keeps moving to the upper left or right of the screen. It appears the screen thinks I'm using the pen, as the cursor turns to the pen icon and it dances around in the corner. This happens every few minutes. The laptop becomes unusable.
The only way to stop this, is to disable the "HD-compliant pen" driver in Device Manager. I've had no problems for weeks, after disabling this, but the problem is, I cannot use the pen anymore.
Is there any way to get rid of this problem? I tried "resetting" that didn't work.
