Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a complaint for my HP Notebook 15-bs608tu  , serial no [edited] on  warranty period.

Problem

Hi,

   My HP Notebook is only 6 Months old and didn't have any physical damages, But service center deny my request to replace my notebook s display which having a round spot. I have contacted HP support India several times and send several Emails with screenshot s. But no one has yet responded , very bad service from HP

@gogo44 I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
