White dot on my display

I have white dot on my display and within 2 months warranty gonna finish Can I claim warranty for this issue 

And I check the issue 

I go for bios setup in that setup also white dot available..

There is no physical damage in my laptop

A small percentage of LCD panels may have minor cosmetic manufacturing anomalies or irregularities such as bright or dark dots in the viewable area.
