Well i had the blue screen and black screen for days and today i tried updating the bios from f .30 to f.42 and boom now i have two problems, 2 white spots appeared on my screen i can just say that i hate hp .

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the HDD ( Hard Disk) and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now

hi , my pc is indeed still under warranty but i'm not sure if the white dots are gonna be covered by the warranty? if so should i just give it back to the store i bought it from in order to fix it ? how long will it take ? and are they going to fix it themselves or send it to an hp manufactor ? i'm from morocco , north africa btw

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Team

i have just tried to reinstall windows on my pc , but the pc still has the same black screen problem when i turn it on i wonder what's the cause , the terrible hardware that hp uses on their pcs ? i hope i never bought this pc tbh complete loss.
