White screen problem

 Hi 

Today,when i turn on my notebook and my screen show white screen

Before white screen,my notebook was had black screen (when I plug my power adapter in to my notebook,the screen is turn on but the keyboard is not turn on)

please help me Thank everyone

What is the product number of your computer?

When was the last time the computer was working fine?
