It has not yet been 2 whole weeks since I bought my HP laptop. I am able to see a white spot on the left bottom of my screen.

I have not updated/installed anything. Since this is a brand new laptop, let me know if replacement is possible!

I have raised concern in HP support but they said this does not cover under warranty. I am trying to understand why so?

This laptop is just 12 days old and I am already facing an issue with it. Is this a manufacturing defect? If not, what is the root cause?

Why is the seller replacement policy only 7 days for a laptop ?
