Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased an HP 15.6-inch Laptop PC (15-fc0000) in August, and to my dismay, within just one and a half months, I observed the appearance of eight bright white spots, commonly referred to as dead pixels, on the laptop's display. Naturally, this situation is not only unexpected but also highly disappointing, considering the reputed brand image of HP.

Upon reaching out to HP support to address this concerning issue, I was informed that such pixel-related problems do not fall within the purview of the warranty coverage. This response is disheartening, especially when comparable policies from other brands explicitly acknowledge dead pixels as warrantable defects, particularly when the count exceeds four/five.

Given the rapid occurrence of eight dead pixels in a relatively short timeframe, it is reasonable to anticipate a more supportive and customer-centric approach. The current situation leaves me with no recourse but to express my disappointment and to seek resolution in the form of either a remediation of the dead pixels or a full refund.

I hope that HP can reconsider its stance on this matter and uphold the standards expected of a leading technology company.
Ps : My system is up to date and all the updates were done by MyHp and not by any 3rd party softwares. Also, I never used any 3rd party applications on this laptop
