I've got an Envy Touchsmart 17 as mentioned, and the installed driver for Intel HD graphics 4600 seems to be incompatible with Fallout 4. Though this issue has been dealt with in certain Intels drivers with a few other series of chip I can't download a newer driver for this one because it seems to be that this computer, be it due to touch screen or otherwise, is not validated for this computer. Appreciate any and all suggestions~

Hi:
You may be able to manually install the latest W10 Intel graphics driver as follows...
1. Create a system restore point before proceeding. That is the easiest way to roll back the driver in case this doesn't work.
2. Download the 2nd file down on the left (W10 x64 zip)
3. Unzip the file to its folder.
4. Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category. Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
Click on Have Disk, and browse to the graphics driver folder you unzipped>Graphics, igdlh64 setup information file, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
