need the appropriate up todate drivers for the above mentioned card

hardware ID details

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6840&SUBSYS_183E103C&REV_00

is one of those silly dual graphics configs. 

Intel HD graphics 4000 series.

Can get the Intel graphics to work but the AMD does not seem to work?

Hi:

 

There aren't any W10 AMD/Intel switchable graphics drivers.

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W8.1 Intel/AMD switchable graphics driver from your notebook's support page.
