HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 A Mobile Workstation PC (7E6L8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When running Blender (any version from 3.6 to 4.1) the window re-scales the content vertically making the content jump around. It happens when moving from one window component to another (frame, button, text box etc).
I first thought it was a Blender issue until I tried to create a video screen dump and noticed that the problem didn't occur in the clip, only on the built in display.

To be able to document the problem I had to film the screen with my phone.

Since blender is a 3D modeling tool I'm guessing it's related to how the dual GPU setup works (or in this case does not).

Anyone know how to fix because it's almost impossible to work the way that the components jump around?
