Right I uninstalled my graphics drivers. Went on Intel driver update facility and it won't locate any drivers for my graphics.
Went on hp driver site, used their facility and the drivers it shows I downloaded and it says not compatible with my system?!?!
My graphics do not show in device manager either so I can't use the windows update driver bit either.
I am completely at a loss what to do....
Whats the operating system you are using? Can you provide me with your computers product number?

Please would you be able to link me specifically to the latest graphics drivers I should be using?

· I uninstalled my graphics drivers last night in an attempt to upgrade them.
· I used the Intel Driver Update facility application but this finds no new drivers (even without any installed) – This then therefore has made my graphics disappear from my device manager so I cannot right click update drivers etc.
· On the Intel Driver Update facility, I clicked the older driver tab. It found 2nr downloads, I have tried both but when it comes to install it says not supported on my system.
· I then tried to use the HP driver support. Identified my product, clicked on graphics drivers, downloaded, but it again says not supported on my machine.
Everything looks very basic now.
If someone could link me to the absolute latest drivers that will suit my system and operating system that would be so very much appreciated as I do not know where to go, I’ve tried everything I can think of.
Thank you for all your help so far.

Ok so I looked into updating the BIOS, however following the instructions on the HP website there is no BIOS category listed for my Laptop so I am assuming I already have the latest one, even though it is dated 2014.4
- If a BIOS category is not listed on the webpage, the original BIOS version already on the computer might be the latest available.
- If the update is newer than your current BIOS version, choose the correct download for your processor and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If the version of the listed BIOS is the same or older than the current BIOS on the computer, you may exit this procedure. The computer does not require a BIOS update at this time.

I have rigged my laptop up to my 49 inch smart tv and set the resolution to max (3840x2160) and it looks absolutely fine, clear as day on the big screen.
Issue just seems to be on my actual laptop screen when that is set to full resolution (1366x768)?? Its not the actual running of the game as the 3D match engine runs fine and smooth, its just an issue with the resolution it seems?
Any ideas if this is even fixable?
