HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Soo... I have two HP Elitebooks 840 G3 with exact same model everything! Same Bios , same drivers same OS (Win11) x64, 16GB RAM , same processor same everything. Current display driver is Intel(R) HP Graphics 520 . version 31.0.101.2115 60.02hz on both. Eveything is up-to-date and there is no differences. So, tell my why one I'm able to scale display to 100%,(recommended) 125% ,150%, and 175% with 1920x1080 (recommended) display preference. The other laptop only give me the option to run 100%(recommended) and 125% with 1366x768(recommended) as it's highest resolution.  I does not allow I'm unable to see anything further ex. 1400x1050,1440x900,1600x900,1680x1050 and 1920x1080 which is what I would like to run it as. Help! I already ran all HP and Intel updates and installed drivers manually as well. Is there a way to install these setting for display?  I tried the advance display option to install another monitor setting, but unable to.

The series an old series which has MANY models/products with MANY options for displays. Your machine may have the following option

35.6-cm (14-in), eDP 1.2 slim, high-definition (HD), AntiGlare (AG), SVA (1366 x 768) display with and without webcam

Please run the following test to see what is its resolution.
