My touchscreen laptop was working fine with Windows 10. I prefer it that when I touch the middle of the screen and move up and down the pages would move with my finger. Now I have installed Windows 11 when I run my finger up and down on the screen it tries to select text rather than move the page up and down. Very annoying. Can't roll back the driver as a new Windows 11 install. Tried to search for solutions but no help. Anyone help here please?
Thanks in advance

It's not updating the BIOS, I use the download assistant and it says complete but the laptop does not reset or go through the usual automatic process, just says complete. (2nd screen shot below). I tried a manual reset and then looked at the BIOS version and it is still the old version

Working on a second computer I download the BIOS folder and extract it. I then try to run the application file 'BIOS_update', it asks for permission for the app to make changes, I say yes. I get the small blue revolving cursor and then nothing. Same as what I get on my laptop. This application file seems to not get going and allow me to choose USB flash drive.
I tried switching off anti-virus software and run again but no joy. Thanks
