Hi, I have the same camera and here is my solution. After updating to Windows 11, I found that the Windows Camera App would not preview the camera. The camera worked fine with windows hello and in other apps. In (windows) settings under camera it would show a failed to preview error.
I searched high and low for a windows 11 driver and failed to find one. I then noticed that the driver which Windows update was pushing was some third party driver (made by Sun... something) so I tried rolling back the driver (under device manager drivers tab). Hey presto, it now works. The driver shows as a Microsoft driver dated 2006 (but then they all have old dates even if they are recent!). Hope this helps someone.
I'm not sure if Windows update will push this driver back but I did leave comments as to why I was reverting.
