My laptop is not recognizing my webcam and will not open the camera app. I chatted with microsoft support and they wanted to update my drivers but HP's website does not offer any updates for Windows 11 Home. Now what?

Same thing today for me.  HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-aa0xxx. Today I have a Zoom call and "camera not found" but... it's in device manager as expected and it logs me in with facial recognition but doesn't recognize the camera anywhere else... privacy settings good and camera on.
