Zbook Studio 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I got my new Zbook a couple months back and it's been great. One thing that is bugging me though, is that Windows Hello does not seem to work anymore and I have to sign in using the fingerprint. I cannot remember when it actually stopped working but I do remember that when I first got this laptop it automatically unlocked the screen when it scanned my face. Now when i go to sign in I have to choose from three options and it does not even include the facial recognition. I've tried changing the settings back and forth and restarting and updating windows etc but nothing has worked so far.

How do I get it to work again as it is very frustrating having to scan the finger or type the password if I have the option of not having to do that at all,

Thank you for any help

M
