Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Please Help!!

I have a Hp Envy x360 and my camera is a hp wide vision camera but my windows hello says it is still unavailable or that they couldn't find a camera compatible. I don't know what's wrong??

What is your HP Envy x360 Convertible  ? Is it an IR/3D camera ? Normal HP Wide Vision Camera does not support Hello Facial Recognition function.
