I tried "downloading the Wifi driver from the hp.com site from another computer and reinstall it on the Stream" but it is still not working. When I received the laptop the screen was twitching so i sent it back for the screen to get fixed. When i got it back it was hp locked so a technician deleted the windows and reinstalled it. After that, im unable to connect to the wifi. I'm not given an option to connect either.
Could you help me please

Hi:
Go to the device manager.
Is there a device listed there labeled as a Network Controller?
That would be the wifi adapter in need of a driver.
If you see the Network Controller device, please post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what model it is, and what driver it needs.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

If you do not see such a device, then the wifi adapter has failed and needs to be replaced.
